Key Features

The theoretical parts of the courses are carried out in the form of literature studies, seminars, written reflections and analyzes of your own or your fellow students results. Practical parts are carried out in the form of small film or computer game productions. With the Computer Graphics for Games and Film at Luleå University of Technology you will work with industrial standard software - for example Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Maya, Motionbuilder, Nuke, Houdini, ZBrush and Unity / Unreal Engine. You will have access to a dedicated workstation and professional equipment / studios for film recording, motion capture, 3D scanning and virtual reality. Throughout the education, you will work across subject boundaries together with scenographers, film photographers, game designers, computer graphics from the industry and students from the computer game programming program.
