Program Details
The BSc (Hons) Computer Science and Business programme at Northeastern University London cultivates the knowledge, techniques, and tools to develop effective and secure computer software according to legal, ethical, and professional frameworks.
Students study the fundamentals of programme design including object-oriented design, software development, computer organisation, systems and networks, theory of computation, principles of languages, and advanced algorithms and data.
The Business part of the programme covers a wide range of fields and considers the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches, and the challenges businesses face to achieve the objectives of their stakeholders (shareholders, consumers, government, and wider society). Courses use case studies and examples from a wide range of business types (from entrepreneurs to global corporations), to understand the varying ways organisations can operate and be managed.

Students studying the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) alongside three A Levels may be eligible for an alternative offer.

An overall score of 35 points OR 6, 6, 5 in subjects taken at Higher Level.Please note, the overall score of 35 points includes TOK and the Extended Essay, and students must achieve a pass in the IB Diploma for entry to our courses.
