Overview
The Food Control and Examination program at University Dunarea de Jos of Galati has all the necessary resources (modern infrastructure, material and human resources) to support the academic performance and scientific research through two research centers, ranked at the institutional level in the excellence research units category, namely the Integrated Center for Research, Expertise and Technological Transfer in Food Industry (BioAliment-TehnIA) and the Romanian Center for Modelling Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (MORAS) .
The University Dunarea de Jos of GalatI aims to ensure the quality of the teaching activity at national and international standards through:
- improving the curricula, analytical programs and the teaching and evaluation methods;
- improving the education based on transferable study credits, to ensure for student the possibility of transferring from one study program to another and the international recognition of diplomas granted by the University;
- developing and diversifying the concerns related to digitalizing the didactic-formative process;
- discovering, stimulating and enhancing the student's abilities, paying special attention to individual values.

- Transcript of records
- Graduation diploma of the preparatory year or Romanian language certificate/diploma;
- The certificate of recognition of high school studies issued by CNRED or the application for recognition of high school studies in order to be accepted for academic studies
- Passport;
- Birth certificate – and certified translation;
- Document confirming the residence;
- Receipt of payment for the file evaluation – 50 EUR – non refundable;
- Document describing the grading system applied in the educational institutions followed (the grade equivalent between failed and excellent);
- Photo - passport size;
- Medical certificate in an international language stating the current health status of the owner and personal history related to chronic diseases;
- Affidavit regarding the authenticity and the correspondence of the scanned/digital documents and the original ones.
