Graduates of the Management programme at Airlangga University are expected to be academically proficient and, be able to apply business knowledge superbly while being socially responsible. Courses in this programme are generally designed to achieve the following objectives:

To produce competent business graduates with a strong foundation in management and business theoretical concepts.

To provide graduates with strong conceptual, technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skill that is required in the current business environment.

To produce graduates that demonstrate integrity as individuals with human values, morality and ethics.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of Bachelor of Management have broad career prospects in various industries from banking and insurance to hospitality and healthcare services. Students have the option to work as managers and thereon build their career into leadership positions in areas such as human resource, operations management, marketing, banking and finance, and international business. Many graduates also went on to form their own start-up companies and became successful entrepreneurs. Graduates who opt for a career in public (government officer), private and non-profit organisations can expect to move up the corporate ladder into leadership positions such as chief executive officer, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

A graduation certificate for those graduated or Letter of Statement Grade 12 signed by the school principal with a recent photo attached.
