Graduates of the Pharmaceutical Engineering major at Zhejiang University of Technology can work on production, research and development, applied research and operating management and so on in fields such as medical industry, pesticide industry, fine chemical industry and biochemical engineering industry

Learning outcomes

Students should grasp basic theories and basic knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering;

Students should also master design procedures of manufacturing techniques and equipments. What’s more, students should know advanced theories about pharmaceutical engineering, and they should also know development trend of new processes, new technologies and new equipments.

Students should possess scientific thinking methods and abilities for solving complex problems in practical engineering. In addition, they should possess primary abilities for study of drug resources, new products and new technologies, and they should also own abilities for social activities. What’s more, students should possess strong practical abilities.

Character and Attitude: students should own strong entrepreneur spirit, self-development awareness, creative spirit and good comprehensive quality.

General requirements

Application form with ID photo (fill in online).

Photocopy of passport and all the visa pages.
Highest education certificate. Graduating students can provide pre-graduation Certificate. The original graduation certificate or notarized copy should be submitted before registration.
Transcripts for all the courses in highest education school.
Language proficiency certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must provide the photocopy of HSK certificate. Applicants for English-taught programs must provide grade report of TOEFL or IELTS test, or other proof which can reflect the applicants’ English proficiency (Not required for English native speakers).
Health certificate (within 6 month).
Non-criminal record certificate.
Two recommendation letters in English or Chinese (for graduate application). Letters must include phone number or email address.
