Overview

The Finance program at Zhejiang University of Technology provides the students with courses on basic theories and practices of finance. Undergraduates should systematically master the basic theories, professional knowledge and practical skills of finance, have basic practical experience in financial department, and master related analytical methods in finance

Learning outcomes

• The students should master the basic theories and methods of finance and be able to use mathematical, statistical, econometric and other analytical methods to analyze financial problems. They should also be familiar with the national economic and financial policies, understand the theoretical frontier and development trends of the financial regulations in domestic and foreign market, and understand the major problems to be solved in China's financial development and reform;
• The students should have qualified investment ability, learning ability, writing and language expression ability, interpersonal communication ability and cross-cultural communication ability, as well as basic ability in the application of computer and information technology.They should be capable of occupying in theoretical research and practical work in finance.
• The students should be graduated with good moral conduct, humanistic cultivation, professional ethics and social responsibility, with a strong social adaptability and other comprehensive quality.
