In viewing our graduate teachers and young children as strong, powerful, and rich in potential, the Early Childhood Education (Birth - 8) programme at Flinders University delivers a sound understanding of the importance of play, early learning curriculum and pedagogies, social and emotional development and a contemporary understanding of documentation and leadership.

As an Initial Teacher Education degree, successful completion of the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education enables you to apply for registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
