Goals and Objectives
The goals of the Physics programme at Istanbul University is:
- To increase the quality of bachelor and graduate programmes in our faculty and to maintain this increase
- To be able to have an effective role in order to follow fundamental sciences and related with this, developments in technology, informatics, nano-science and space technology in national and international area
- To present professional development and sharing environmet by preparing various activities for the purpose of maintaining the relationship among students, physics department and university after graduation
- To benefit from Erasmus and Mevlana student Exchange programmes to strengthen the intercultural comminication and sharing
- To activate Farabi exchange programme in order to meet with scientists working on fundamental sciences and to progress colloborations by using the existing background of our country
