Goals and Objectives

The goals of the Physics programme at Istanbul University is:

To increase the quality of bachelor and graduate programmes in our faculty and to maintain this increase

To be able to have an effective role in order to follow fundamental sciences and related with this, developments in technology, informatics, nano-science and space technology in national and international area

To present professional development and sharing environmet by preparing various activities for the purpose of maintaining the relationship among students, physics department and university after graduation

To benefit from Erasmus and Mevlana student Exchange programmes to strengthen the intercultural comminication and sharing

To activate Farabi exchange programme in order to meet with scientists working on fundamental sciences and to progress colloborations by using the existing background of our country
