About the programme

Students of Pharmaceutical Production Technology from Satbayev University study engineering and technical disciplines, fundamentals of phyto chemistry and chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biopharmaceutical and bioengineering fundamentals of drug technology development, modeling of chemical and technological processes, organization of technological process of drug production and product quality control.

Students learn to work with modern production equipment, develop new technologies for the production of medicines for treatment, rehabilitation and diagnostics, improve existing formulas and create fundamentally new ones.Graduates work as pharmacists-technologists, technical specialists in pharmaceutical companies, engineers in production at pharmaceutical enterprises.
