Overview

The admission to the Dental Surgery program from Jagiellonian University is based solely on the examination result. The examination is conducted in Kraków, Chicago and Oslo (for applicants from Scandinavia) and takes place in May/June.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the 5-year long DDS program, students receive the diploma of the Jagiellonian University and are awarded the internationally recognized title of Lekarz Dentysta ( an equivalent of DDS).

A high school-leaving examination certificate or diploma of secondary education, which entitles its holder to be considered for admission to medical or dental (MD or DDS) programs in the state it was obtained in,
Biology or Physics and Chemistry courses completed during secondary and/or supplementary education and confirmed by a certificate including grade, or by an entry in diploma of secondary education, who will sit for an entrance examination conducted in English.
