General requirements
- Submit the online application form; renewal from fall to spring is via email to enrolauc@aucegypt.edu
- New applications are required for a new academic year. Late applications are considered based on availability.
- Upload all required documents through the online portal; emails are not accepted. Applications are pending until all documents are submitted.
- Personal statement must be original; plagiarism checks apply. Two recommendation letters from high school teachers/counselors are mandatory; include their emails for automatic submission.
- Provide evidence of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo). Scores must be ≤2 years old. Send official TOEFL/Duolingo results; upload IELTS copy with TRF number.
- TOEFL "MyBest Scores" and IELTS "One Skill Retake" accepted. Placement concerns may lead to retake. Improved scores accepted until last working day before semester at 4 PM CLT.
