Program Details

The main task of Marmara University Department of Mechanical Engineering is to train Mechanical engineers who serve the society within the framework of technological developments by using their knowledge and skills, who contribute to the development and spread of science and technology in the country and in the world, and who are equipped with professional and ethical responsibility with knowledge and skills to take effective roles at national and international level in every field of Mechanical Engineering. That is why the Training Plan is designed to give the fundamentals of mechanical engineering.

Students are introduced to vocational courses from the second year.

Applicants must have a high school diploma

Achieve a sufficient score in the quantitative section of the University Entrance Examination.
Students who obtain a sufficient score on internationally recognized English language exams or the Marmara University exam administered at the beginning of each semester can start directly in the first year.
