Overview
At Technical University of Sofia, after studying during the first six semesters of the main general and special disciplines in the field of analog, digital and microprocessor circuitry, design and technology of electronic elements and integrated circuits, students majoring in "Electronic Engineering" get the opportunity to expand and deepen their knowledge in one of the following four areas: "Biomedical Engineering", "Electronic Devices and Systems", "Power Electronics" and "Microelectronics".

Programme Structure
Curriculum:
- The learning process includes courses in mathematics, physics, chemistry, semiconductor elements and integrated circuits, electrical engineering, analog and digital circuitry, embedded systems, programming, internet.
- The training of students provides knowledge and practical skills for design and analysis of electronic circuits, measuring and control equipment, medical electronic devices, industrial electronics, CAD / CAM / CAE systems, application software, nanoelectronics and more.
- Teachers share their knowledge and experience with students and prepare them for the challenges of modern industry and technology. Meetings are held with representatives of companies working in the field of electronics.

- Application form, containing some brief biographical data, exact address, telephone and the label of the applicant's desired specialty. The Application form can be downloaded in MS-Word format
- A copy of Passport.
- A copy of the Secondary School Diploma and its Supplement (s).
- A document, issued by competent authorities, which testifies to the right of the applicant to further his/her education at university level in the country where they have completed their secondary school education.
- A Medical Certificate of Health issued within a month prior to the application date and verified by the competent authorities in the country from which the applicant submits his/her file.
- Four recent passport-size photos.
