Overview

The Maritime Technology programme at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) is designed to produce graduates who will develop knowledge, contribute expertise to serve and lead shipping, shipbuilding, oil and gas companies, and government agencies related to the maritime industry locally and abroad.

Industrial Training

The main objective of Industrial Training is to expose the students to actual working environment and enhance their knowledge and skill.

A half year industrial training will be conducted during Semester 8 for 24 weeks.
