- Be in possession of a high school diploma and pass the high school evaluation for university access (ABAU)
- Be in possession of a higher vocational training technician, higher plastic arts and design technician or higher sports technician title
- Have passed the university entrance exams for those over 25 years of age
- Have passed the university entrance exams for those over 45 years old.
- Be in possession of a university degree or equivalent.
- Obtain the European Baccalaureate, International Baccalaureate or qualifications, diplomas or baccalaureate studies from educational systems of member states of the European Union or of other states with which international agreements have been signed.
- The following are recommended knowledge: basic computer skills (internet, office software), mathematics (analysis, linear algebra, geometry, statistics and probability), physics and electrical engineering (electromagnetism, electrical circuits) and English.
