Course description

Management Information Systems is the study of the interaction between information technologies, people, and processes. The study of Management Information Systems programme of the Near East University covers a wide range of topics such as decision support systems, e-commerce, data science, data security, database management.

The vision of the department is to conduct theoretical and applied research with highly equipped academic staff, to train qualified and constantly renewing graduates, and to be a department that contributes to guiding national and international businesses in terms of management informatics. Our mission is to train high-level graduates with data informatics competencies that will contribute to information and the entire information-related sector.

The Department of Management Information Systems is located in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, which is known for its research, application, and quality in the international arena.
