By taking a local and international perspective, you will learn about the interrelating and causal relationship between geography, history, political and social science and the humanities in our society.

You will be integrated in a broad spectrum of fields and will acquire knowledge on areas ranging from bioethics and warfare to anthropology of migration and cultural criticism. In your final year of studies, you may have the opportunity to present a dissertation with a research topic of your own choice.

We also encourage you to participate in the Erasmus+ mobility programme for a more diverse and multicultural learning experience.

Applicants must satisfy the General Entry Requirements for admission, namely, the Matriculation Certificate and Secondary Education Certificate passes at Grade 5 or better or at SEC Level 3 in Maltese, English Language and Mathematics.

Applicants may also be required to submit a Learning Portfolio. Further information about the Portfolio will be forwarded to applicants.

Applicants wishing to join the part-time mode must submit their application as full-time, and then include a note in the comments box of the application form, denoting their preference to be considered for the part-time option. Such requests will be considered by the Board of the Faculty.
