General requirements

The minimum entry requirements for admission into the Department of Mathematics are credit level passes in five (5) subjects at the WASSCE/GCE, Pearson’s A-Levels/or its equivalent, obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. The subjects passed must include Mathematics, English Language, Physics, and two (2) other subjects from the following: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and any other two subjects from, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics and Geography.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.
Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
