This Chinese Culture and Global Communication (Hons) Programme at Beijing Normal University - Hong Kong Baptist University United International College is unique in combining critical thinking and practical skills, historical insights and contemporary awareness, global perspective, and local sensitivity, fostering students’ long-term interest in China as an active player in the world.

Objective

Provide students a basic knowledge of Chinese culture and communication theories;

Train students to think critically and to use cultural and communicative resources to connect with the international community;

Teach students how to understand Chinese culture from a global perspective, and how to find appropriate measures to resolve cultural and communicative problems in real life.

Applicants should complete the undergraduate program application form and prepare the following materials:

High school diploma
High school transcripts
Two letters of recommendation
Personal Statement
Copy of passport
Scholarship Application Form (if any)
Language Certificate (IELTS minimum score of 6, TOEFL minimum score of 79)

After all the above materials are provided and the requirements are met, International Development Office will register the application for the applicant.
