Overview
Throughout the Property Development (Hons) course offered at University of Portsmouth you will learn to meet the challenges of a fast-moving property industry, from the refurbishment of affordable housing to overseeing the construction of multi-million-pound developments.
In a new era of sustainability, this course will guide you through the fundamentals of viable developments. You'll also master your skills in computer-aided design (CAD) and evolve expert knowledge in the application of sustainable development, law for the built environment, property valuation, and property economics and investment.
Alongside developing entrepreneurial spirit, this course will focus on building your future networks within the property profession - seeing you cultivate connections with surveyors and engineers to build on projects as a team.
