The mission of the department of Chemical Engineering Technology program from Government College University Faisalabad is to produce skillful chemical engineering technologists to employ technical knowledge and practical skills to solve industrial problems with professional ethics.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Few years after graduation, students are expected to:

Establish a basic understanding of core domains of chemical engineering technology to resolve problems of industry, environment, and society by applying technical knowledge and skills.
Take the initiative in developing innovative ideas for the technological and professional growth of the process industry.
Perform effectively as an individual or part of a team with leadership skills while adhering to professional ethics and social values for the sustainable growth of society.

General requirements

- The maximum age limit for the eligibility is 24 years for Morning and 26 years for replica program. However, no age limit will be for candidates of private affiliated institutes.
- The candidates with at least 45% marks in intermediate (FA/FSc/ICom/ICS)/A Level examination or equivalent are eligible to apply for all programs except for those where restrictions are imposed by an external regulatory body/councils.
- For Bachelor of Engineering Technologies programs at least, 50% marks are required in the intermediate examination or equivalent as per the requirement of their respective councils.
- Admission will be granted strictly on merit i.e. on the basis of the 10% matric and 90% marks obtained in FA/FSc/ICom/ICS/A Level examination or equivalent.
- Entry test is compulsory for admission in all programs
