Entry Requirements for National Students:

Obtained MUET Band 3 or IELTS (5.5)/TOEFL (550) AND

Local students must meet the English language competency as specified in the programme standard, except for:
- individual with an academic qualification from institutions that use the English language as the medium of instruction; OR
- individual who studied in Malaysia and intended to further study are subject to item (i); OR
- individual with O-Level or A-Level qualifications; AND

Pass Matriculation/Pre-University/STPM programme or equivalent qualification with minimum GPA 2.33 in (2) TWO of following subjects: Biology, Physics/Mathematics, Chemistry OR
A-Level programme of equivalent qualification with minimum Grade D in TWO of the following subjects: Biology, Physics/Mathematics, Chemistry; OR
Recognised Diploma with minimum CGPA of 2.75 in related field; OR
Recognised Diploma with CGPA less than 2.75 in related field and a minimum of 3 years (36 months) working experience in the related field.

Entry Requirements for International Students:

Student must complete 12 years of schooling and obtain general pass in their High School Certificate, A-levels or equivalent with minimum Grade B (85%) in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics.
IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
