This Business Administration (Honours) BBA programme at University of Peradeniya consists of five (05) specialization areas namely:

BBA Honours in Accounting & Finance
BBA Honours in Human Resource Management
BBA Honours in Marketing Management
BBA Honours in Operations Management
BBA Honours in Organizational Management

The Faculty of Management offers five special degree programs to the students who are enrolled in the Faculty. During first two years, the Faculty offers a common study program for all the students, by sharing the courses among the five Departments.

Key Facts

Based on the students’ specialization preferences and the performance in the first two years (i.e., 100 and 200 levels) they are selected to one of the five departments to specialize in one of the specialization area namely: Accounting & Finance, Organizational Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and Operations Management. After successfully completion of all the courses in two years common and two years specialization programs totaling up to 120 credits, students will be qualified for the award of the BBA Honors degree in their area of specialization.

General requirements

The Office of the Dean announces dates for the registration and students should register in person using the form available at the Office of the Dean.
The registration fee should be deposited to the bank account using paying voucher issued by the Office of the Dean. Those who re-take the courses should also follow the same procedure.
Duly completed forms together with the bank slip should be handed over to the Office of the Dean at the time of registration.
