Plant Protection from The University of Jordan (UJ) aims to provide its students with high quality education and to conduct research on various pests (insects, plant diseases and herbs), develop appropriate methods for managing them and provide accurate scientific advice to the agricultural sector in Jordan and the world.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Graduates from the Plant Protection Program are expected to meet the following Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) after five years of graduation:

Meet the needs of the community and the local market of specialists in the field of plant protection, as well as in the field of medical and veterinary insects and the rearing of honey bees.
Provide the regional and international market with highly qualified graduates in the field of plant protection, as well as in the field of medical and veterinary insects and the rearing of honey bees.
Preparing graduates capable of pursuing postgraduate studies in local, regional and international universities.

Good conduct certificate (proof of no disciplinary punishment), original and authenticated transcript for students previously enrolled in universities or institutes.
