Overview
This Artificial Intelligence degree from University of Pavia is an inter-university course organized by 3 Italian Universities of excellence. The teaching activity takes various forms, including lectures, seminars and laboratories, the attendance of which is not compulsory but strongly recommended.
The course focuses on contents that allow to understand the theoretical bases and techniques of Artificial Intelligence, providing fundamentals of Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Cognitive Sciences and also of Law and Ethics, which is essential for understanding the constraints that limit the socially acceptable use of these new tools.
Practical training in physics, mathematics and computer science allows AI graduates to identify solutions to data analysis, processing, classification, and optimization problems, as well as to foster communication between the engineering and management components of decision-making in all sectors.
