- Applicants for this programme should have a minimum IELTS (Academic Version) English Proficiency of 6 overall (or equivalent) with nothing less than 5.5 in each component.
- Applicants must be currently working in the hospitality industry or must have substantial experience in the hospitality industry in order to be considered for the programme. All applicants will be interviewed.
- The School will consider applications from mature students (aged 23 and over) who do not hold the appropriate minimum entry requirements but who have substantial experience in the hospitality industry.
