Overview
The Business (International Hotel and Resort Management) program at Torrens University Australia is studied at our live-in campus at Leura in the Blue Mountains, which functions as a simulated hotel. You will study a broad range of subjects from accounting to food and beverage, and will undertake an industry placement. During this course you will be introduced to higher level hospitality concepts as well as the business and management principles you need to become a leader in the hotel industry.
