Over the course of the Transformational Leadership and Social Impact programme at  Esade , you will become an active agent of change with the skills and knowledge you need to change the world. You'll graduate ready to make existing companies more innovative and more sustainable, or launch your own high-impact startup.

Furthermore, your professional profile will include the experiences and certified skill sets (critical thinking, problem-solving, greater adoption of technology, active learning, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility) you need to set you apart in helping companies become more responsible or adding value to those that are already having an impact.

From a class of 38 students representing 21 nationalities, 98% secured employment within three months of graduation, demonstrating high employability across international markets. Graduates entered roles in leading multinational companies, technology firms, and social impact organizations, reflecting the program’s focus on innovation, leadership, and positive social change.

Representative employers include Google (technology and digital services), Revolut (fintech), HP (technology and innovation), and BLab Spain (sustainability and social impact certification).
