The main goal of the ICEF International Bachelor's Programme in Economics and Finance is the preparation of highly qualified specialists in the sphere of economics and finance. The programme combines the best of Russian and internationa higher education. The programme implements a unified integrated curriculum based on the educational standards in economics of both HSE and the University of London.

Our graduates hold profound knowledge in modern economic theory and its applications consistent with the international requirements. BSc graduates possess all necessary skills, qualification, and knowledge which allow them to start their professional or academic career in the global world in different language, cultural and professional environment.

General requirements

We expect high-skilled and motivated applicants who possess high level of English knowledge and good mathematical background. Applicants must be high school graduates.
We accept students with high school certificate from around the world. The level of received high school education should be equivalent to the US, British or Russian level of high school education.
International applicants have to pass 2 examinations: English language (minimum score 70 out of 100) and Mathematics (minimum score 60 out of 100).
Mathematics exam can be taken either in English or in Russian.
