On the Economics and Finance with Foundation Year (Hons) programme at the University of Wolverhampton you will develop skills in the organisation and analysis of statistical data, the interpretation of economic issues and the communication of economic and financial concepts.

The practical activities aim to equip you with a holistic understanding of how an organisation functions, with specific emphasis on key issues such as how organisations are financially structured and how they manage the cash flows.

The Foundation Year (level 3) is designed to equip applicants who do not have the required qualifications to enter directly onto level 4, with a robust toolkit of the academic, digital and personal skills required for successful study in Higher Education and also with an understanding of, and insight to, the economics discipline.

Successful completion of the Foundation Year will allow progression onto level 4 of BSc (Hons) Economics and Finance
