Overview
The International Finance and Control programme at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen involves a lot project work. Courses include:
- The first year of International Finance & Control gives you the financial and economic basis that you will need for all of our courses. You will also improve your skills in presenting, reporting and English. The first year is divided into four periods. Each period consist of two theoretical courses and a practical project.
- During the second year projects, you will work on cases for real companies.
- During the third year, you will first study abroad at one of our partner universities. Afterwards you will do an internship at an internationally-oriented organisation in the Netherlands or abroad.
- The fourth year will start with courses related to business control, financial accounting and business strategy and risk. The second semester you will prove that you have become an expert in international finance and you will write your thesis.
