  • The BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying add-on programme is directed at graduates who have obtained a minimum final result of 50% in a cognate Level 7 degree. 
  • Graduates who have not obtained this minimum may incorporate other equivalent qualifications and relevant work experience and apply for assessment via the Institute’s Recognition of Prior Learning process.
