Key facts
Industrial Psychology focuses on the optimal development and utilisation of human resources in the work environment. The Department - the first of its kind in South Africa - has developed a tradition of academic excellence and strives to present top quality graduates to all sectors of the South African economy. The Department at the Stellenbosch University would like to see its graduates addressing the prevailing business-related people management issues in such a way that they will earn the trust, respect and appreciation of top management.
The honours programmes are presented full-time in English, whilst the master's degree programmes are presented part-time in English. Students on the part-time programmes visit the Stellenbosch Campus for 5 weeks per year. The structured part of the part-time master's degree programmes is presented over a period of one year.

- Submit an electronic application for admission to the Department of Industrial Psychology
- If you graduated from a non-South African university your university needs to be recognised and approved by the International Office of Stellenbosch University
