Programme Structure

Curriculum:

  • We embrace emerging learning technologies, including the University’s Virtual Learning Environment GCU Learn which is used to allow learning and teaching to be delivered flexibly and this is complemented by student engagement technologies such as Textwall. 
  • The programme is underpinned by clinical and academic expertise; and promotes a student-centred ethos that supports the development of autonomous and contemporary practitioners who can make a positive contribution to interprofessional approaches to health care delivery.
  • We use lectures, tutorials, Clinical Skills Simulation, online lectures, seminars and asynchronous discussions. A range of assessment methods will be used that are appropriate to the content and mode of delivery of each module.
