Overview
The Graphic Design course at ArtEZ University of the Arts provides a solid foundation in typography, design research, digital media and media theory, after which you will have many opportunities to specialise. A solid theoretical and practical grounding prepares you for work in a design agency and a position in the international professional field.
As a graphic designer, you work with text and images and you give shape to information. You do so in a society and a discipline that are constantly evolving. Digitisation, automation and globalisation are increasing, and crossovers with other creative and non-creative disciplines are becoming more and more the order of the day.
The Graphic Design course in Arnhem is rightly regarded as a forerunner in these developments. Our course curriculum is aimed at giving you a critical perspective on the world as a designer and developing a personal vision of the profession.
