Overview
Print Media and Packaging Technologies is a unique Bachelor of Engineering program at Stuttgart Media University (HdM) that combines media technology and corporate management in an international context. All lectures are held in English, and students also study an additional foreign language as part of the curriculum.
The program focuses on two educational emphases.
- In media engineering, students explore cutting-edge technologies such as digital and industrial printing, cross media publishing, 3D and variable data printing, as well as packaging innovations, materials science and sustainable production processes.
- In the management area, the curriculum includes topics like campaign management, intercultural problem solving, and product development, complemented by language training and the opportunity to study abroad.
By integrating technical expertise with creative and strategic thinking, the program prepares students to address complex challenges in the global media and packaging industries.
