- A non-refundable processing fee of RM60.00 in money order/postal order/bankdraft made payable to "Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman".
- Self-addressed envelope measuring 7" X 10" affixed with a RM1.90 stamp; and
- Self-addressed envelope measuring 3.5" X 6" affixed with a RM1.70 stamp.
