UTAR's Logistics and International Shipping (Honours) programme is more unique and current as it encompasses the entire logistics structure including the very important element which is shipping and airport management. Hence, this programme will be recognised in the industry of logistics and shipping.
Graduates of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman BSc (Hons) Logistics and International Shipping are eligible for admission to the grade of ASSOCIATE (ALogM) of professional membership of The Society of Logisticians Malaysia.

General requirements
- Admission to UTAR is on purely meritocratic basis. You are expected to satisfy the academic qualification and English Language requirement set by the University. Some programmes may have additional requirements such as the submission of a drawing portfolio, and an interview before the University decides on the admission.
- For admission into undergraduate programmes, the University will accept the applications from students with the standard list of foreign qualifications.
- For your information that the University has its minimum entry requirement (MER) for each qualification and each programme. Should you do not fulfill the MER, you will be required to undertake a one-year Foundation studies.
