Facilities are provided to students for clinical experiences under the guidance of faculty in various clinical and community settings. The university exams are held annually.

Manipal College of Nursing , Manipal Academy of Higher Education , Manipal and University of New Brunswick have a partnership with University of New Brunswick and started MAHE – UNB dual BSc Nursing degree program with approval from Indian Nursing Council with supernumerary seats of 25. This Nursing programme is jointly offered by the two Universities and the students are graduating with BSc (N) degree from MAHE and also from University of New Brunswick.
