The aim of Chemistry from Yildiz Technical University is to update course contents in the field of education based on scientific studies and to continue its scientific activities at a great pace; It trains high-quality, contemporary scientists who shed light on new developments and chemists needed by the industry.

- The education includes theoretical courses, laboratory practices and laboratory internships after the foreign language preparatory class. In the last year of their education, students take orientation courses and receive more specific knowledge in various sub-branches.
- In order to study in YTU undergraduate programs, it is necessary to pass the exam held by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) and not be enrolled in another formal higher education program. For students to be accepted from abroad, the provisions in the YTU International Student Application and Registration Directive apply. Students who qualify for undergraduate programs where at least 30% of the instruction is in English take the English Proficiency Exam (İYS). İYS and preparatory education are carried out in accordance with the YTU School of Foreign Languages (YDYO) Teaching and Examination Directive and other legislative provisions, except for the English Language Teaching Program of the Faculty of Education, Department of Foreign Languages Education.
- Transfers to this program will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Principles of Transition Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer, published in the Official Gazette dated 24/4/2010 and numbered 27561, and the principles determined by the Senate. makes. The procedures for vertical transfer students placed in this program by ÖSYM are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Continuation of Undergraduate Education for Graduates of Vocational Schools and Open Education Associate Degree Programs, published in the Official Gazette dated 19/2/2002 and numbered 24676, and the principles determined by the Senate.
