- Secondary education diploma + supplement (legalized copies and notarized English translation for applicants outside of Latvia) corresponding to ECTS level C or higher.
- State Centralized Examination results (for applicants from Latvia).
- English language proficiency: IELTS 5.5+, TOEFL IBT 80+ or TOEFL paper based test 550+. Or 70% + in the English Centralized Exam for applicants from Latvia.
- Academic and scientific achievements, active participation in youth organisations, and other relevant activities are highly desirable.
- Overall final grade average corresponding to European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) level C, with a priority to A and B level students. Obtained secondary school diploma or yet to graduate.
