Overview

The Computer Engineering programme at MEF University identified the following list of educational objectives for the undergraduate programme, which describes our vision for what our students will be achieving in their careers within a few years after graduation: (i) Solve real-life problems by reflecting a good understanding of computer engineering knowledge; (ii) Create new technologies, solutions, and values utilizing modern computer engineering techniques together with their innovative and entrepreneurial skills to meet the needs of society; (iii) Show leadership with professional responsibility, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, and ethical and environmental considerations.

Graduate Profile

Computer engineers have a broad spectrum of job opportunities, ranging from software development to computer hardware design; and from finance to telecommunication sectors. Computer engineers can work in their own start-up companies, software and hardware companies, big corporate firms where information technologies are central to their operations such as banks and consultancy companies, cutting edge research centres, engineering firms that design and produce state-of-the-art technologies, and in telecommunications companies; both at the engineer and manager level.
