The Organization, Governance and Management curriculum at the University of Aruba focuses on theories in the areas of Public Administration and Organizational Science.
The merger between Public Administration and Organizational Science makes that the curriculum covers all organizations in the Aruban society; both in the public and private sector.
Careers
The OGM graduate can fulfill professional roles at an academic level, such as policy advisor, organizational advisor, manager, or researcher.
As policy advisor the graduate is trained to give advice geared at organizational and societal issues, design and create solutions for existing and emerging problems. The graduate is also trained to design and create organizational possibilities that anticipate a changing society.

Admission to the Organization, Governance and Management program is permitted to the person who is in possession of:
- a HAVO diploma;
- a VWO diploma;
- an EPI (MBO) Level 4 diploma;
- a Bachelor’s degree in a different field;
