Overview

The Faculty for Accounting, Finance and Marketing at the University of Aruba offers a dynamic Commerce program filled with theoretical courses and practical assignments. The theoretical courses assure a solid fundamental knowledge and the practical assignments provide a realistic and professional framework in which the theory is applied.

Our courses are given in either Dutch or English and they emphasize the international environment of the Aruban business community. To create the optimal learning experience, we have academic lecturers, professional lecturers from the Aruban business community, and visiting lecturers from various other universities.

Career Opportunities

A Marketing & Business graduate is eligible for a number of commercial positions, including brand manager, marketing manager, account manager and export manager. After finishing the M&B program, graduates have successfully started their own business.

Admission to the Bachelor’s program at the Faculty for Accounting, Finance and Marketing is permitted to the person who is in possession of:

a certificate of successfully completed final exams HAVO with two out of 3 courses: Wiskunde, Bedrijfseconomie and/or Algemene Economie, with Havo NW-profiel with a grade of 7 or more for Wiskunde;
a certificate of VWO;
a certificate of Colegio EPI, Financiële or Commerciële dienstverlening (4 year program);
a certificate from a MBO in the Kingdom of The Netherlands;
