General requirements
- Passed the STPM with at least CGPA of 2.0 and Grade C in any three (3) subjects including General Studies; AND
- Candidate must have one (1) of the following qualification:
- Yamaha Certificate Minimum Grade 7;
- The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Certificate Minimum Grade 5;
- Trinity College London (TCL) Certificate Minimum Grade 5;
- London College of Music (LCM) Certificate Minimum Grade 5;
- Australian GUILD Music & Speech Exam Board Certificate Minimum Grade 5;
- Possess other related certificate(s) in Music; OR
- Obtained at least Grade B for Music subject at SPM level; OR
- Have working experience in Music field for at least three (3) years by submitting related evidence; AND
- Obtained at least Band 2.0 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) AND
- Passed audition and interview.
