With an integrated knowledge and understanding of science and health-related issues, you will be in an excellent position to pursue a variety of careers within the health sector or pharmaceutical industries.
Recent graduates have progressed to a range of roles including Health Service Manager, Health Commission Associate, NHS Analyst, Clinical Trial Administrator and roles in medical sales.
Graduate from the Clinical Sciences (Hons) course from the University of Bradford have progressed to postgraduate study, leading to careers in medicine, the healthcare sciences and other healthcare roles such as:

It also gives you the transferable skills you need to launch a career in areas such as teaching or research.
Our focus is to widen participation in medical and healthcare education from students from underrepresented groups. The course provides an opportunity for widening participation students to apply to enter the MBChB programme at Sheffield Medical School at the end of Stage 1.
Our graduates have applied successfully to most UK Medical Schools, including Leeds Medical School and Hull York Medical School.

General requirements
- A levels 112 UCAS tariff points from 3 full A levels, to include A level Biology and Chemistry at minimum grade BC. Please note that where a science A level is taken, the University will require applicants to pass the practical element (for A levels awarded from August 2017 onwards).
- T levels Not accepted for this course.
- BTEC Extended Diploma DMM in Applied Science (to include four Chemistry or Biology units graded at Distinction).
- Applicants on Access Programmes 112 UCAS tariff points from an Access to Higher Education Diploma in relevant Science related subject.
- International Baccalaureate Requirements 112 UCAS tariff points from 3 HL subjects, including HL Biology and HL Chemistry with minimum grades 6 and 5.
- Plus HL 3 or SL 4 in Maths and English Language and Literature A or English B.
- Plus minimum of GCSE English Language, Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry or Combined Science at grade C or 4.
