Economics is a social science that studies people's decisions under constraints. It offers expertise in topics such as behavior of consumers and firms, efficiency and equity of markets, economic growth, business cycles, international trade and finance, taxation and public policies, etc.
Overview
- Combining the analytical nature of economics with other business disciplines, and/or minor programs, students will have wide range of career choice in different business fields like banking and financial institutions, the administration field, marketing and accounting, IT and government agencies; or they can pursue further study in different business areas.
- All students are required to finish a project/paper before they graduate.
