Swire Scholarship is donated by John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited and will be awarded to one local and full-time Year-2 or Year-3 undergraduate student.

Eligibility

  • The Scholarship will be awarded to one local and full-time Year-2 or Year-3 University Grant Committee funded undergraduate student from any one of the following programmes: Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Visual Studies; Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Animation and Digital Arts; Bachelor of Liberal Arts (Hons) in Global Development and Sustainability; Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Data Science; Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Psychology.
  • The Scholarship will be awarded initially on the basis of academic merits (a CGPA of 3.3 or above) and factors like students’ personality, conduct, involvement in extra-curricular activities or social services and financial needs.
  • The Scholarship will be renewable, subject to satisfactory academic progress and conduct, up to two years throughout the awardee’s undergraduate studies.
  • The Scholarship cannot be held concurrently with other scholarship.
