The Berkeley Haas Global Access Program provides a full visiting-student, immersive learning experience on the UC Berkeley campus. Not only will you be learning from their top business faculty, but you'll also have plenty of opportunities for activities and resources to enhance your learning, as well as your personal and professional growth. The Berkeley Haas Global Access Program is excited to announce 10 scholarships, up to $5,000 each, to be applied toward the Spring visiting student program.
Eligibility
- You must apply to the program and the scholarship at the same time. No exceptions.
- Students who are sponsored by their university are not eligible to apply for a scholarship.
- Current third- or fourth-year undergraduates or recent graduates / graduate students.
- 3.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) in your undergraduate or graduate studies.

Application deadline
Complete the online application. Within the application, you will indicate your intent to apply for the scholarship. You will need to submit an essay on the following topic:
Berkeley Haas students, faculty and alumni live our distinctive culture out loud by embracing our four Defining Leadership Principles: Question the Status Quo, Confidence Without Attitude, Students Always and Beyond Yourself. In 500 words or less, detail what these four Haas Defining Principles mean to you and how would you incorporate them during your time in the Berkeley Haas Global Access Program.
In addition to completing the application form, please submit a professional or academic letter of recommendation. To obtain this letter of recommendation, connect with a colleague (such as a supervisor, manager or recent instructor) who can speak to your academic or professional capabilities. The recommender must send the letter directly to the program office by emailing them.
