Description

The Roger Coles RPL Leadership Award was established in 2010 by Roger L. Coles (Class of 1973, 1977) interim dean of the College of Graduate Studies, formerly the chairperson of Recreation, Parks and Leisure Services Administration.

The scholarship offers a $3,000 amount, to help you with your studies.

Eligibility

  • Income from the endowment will support a renewable award for a full-time student enrolled in the College of Education and Human Services, Department of Recreation, Parks and Leisure Services Administration and is a Student Recreation Association (SRA) board member that has been on the board for at least one year.
  • Candidate must demonstrate a level of involvement through study and/or state/national organization or community service.
  • Minimum 2.75 GPA.
  • Member in a RPL RSO
  • Signed RPL major
